Misha and Jay's beautiful elopement in the Drakensburg didn't start out as planned. The original traditional wedding was supposed to happen in March.
Then 2020 happened. Covid hit South Africa just as Misha and Jay were preparing for their big day. They decided to push their wedding out but were still keen to tie the knot. So they decided to elope. I had been scouting a gorgeous waterfall in the Drakensberg and was dying to shoot with as the backdrop. So I convinced Misha to trek 4,5 Km up the side of the mountain. The rest was pure magic.
