Engagement sessions are incredibly special. It allows me to spend one on one time introducing couples to the camera. Sounds strange, but cameras have this ability to make people very self aware, uncomfortable and awkward. Engagement sessions allow couples to warm up in a more relaxed environment without any pressures or excitement of the actual wedding day. If you are very comfortable with your partner in front of the camera that's no reason to skip this step - you can never have too many beautiful photographs to remember special moments. Most engagement sessions usually happen after the proposal. However, if you would like the proposal to be captured, we would love to be a part of that moment.
